This User Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for all users to access and use the Reaxlns application services. Reaxlns is a professional local photo restoration and motion animation production tool that requires no account registration or login authentication for all usage scenarios. This agreement clarifies the user service rules, functional usage specifications and core privacy protection provisions applicable to all users, covering all operational behaviors including application installation, function use, content creation and local work management. All service operations of Reaxlns adopt full local device processing mode to protect user personal creative content and memory files.
All data processing and content generation operations of Reaxlns are completely executed locally on the user's personal device. All user uploaded photos, restored picture works, generated motion videos and temporary processing files are only stored in the local storage space of the user's device and will not be transmitted to any external space. When users actively delete creative works in the application gallery or clear local cache files, all corresponding content and associated data will be completely and permanently removed from the device. Reaxlns does not collect any facial data, facial feature details, facial contour information and any facial biometric data in any service link. The local processing system only optimizes overall picture quality and dynamic effects, and never extracts, identifies, records or stores any facial related information from user content. All user personal memory content and portrait works are fully controlled by users independently. Reaxlns does not collect any facial information.
Reaxlns provides users with one stop local photo processing services, including local old photo repair and restoration, local motion video animation generation, local work classification management and personalized parameter setting functions. All core service functions are opened to users for direct use without any account activation, login verification or identity information binding operations. Users can complete all creative operations independently on their personal devices.
In the whole process of providing all service functions, Reaxlns does not collect any facial information of users or characters contained in user uploaded photos. The local processing technology only repairs image defects, restores natural colors and creates subtle dynamic effects, and does not carry out any facial feature identification, facial data extraction and facial information recording behaviors. No facial related data will be cached, stored or acquired by the application during service execution.
All service data generated during user use is retained only in the local device space. Users have full autonomy to manage, export, share or delete local creative works, and all data changes only take effect on the user's personal device. Reaxlns does not collect any facial information.
Users shall use Reaxlns services in a standardized manner and bear full responsibility for all content uploaded, created and saved through the application. Users guarantee that all photos and materials uploaded for processing are legal and valid, and have the corresponding use rights of the involved content.
During users' standardized use of various functional services, Reaxlns always adheres to the zero facial data collection rule. Regardless of the type of photos uploaded by users, including portrait photos, group photos and vintage family photos, the application's local processing program will not collect, analyze or store any facial information in the images. All facial content only exists in the user's local device storage and is completely controlled by the user.
Users shall not use the application to process or create inappropriate, offensive or inappropriate content. Reaxlns reserves the right to restrict abnormal service use behaviors that violate public usage norms.
3.1 Local Photo Restoration Usage Rules
Users can select any local old photos, blurred photos, faded photos and scratched photos from their personal device album for local restoration processing. The application's local processing system will automatically repair image flaws, restore color layers and improve picture clarity based on the overall state of the image.
In the local photo restoration process, Reaxlns does not collect any facial feature information or facial biometric data. The image optimization logic focuses on overall picture quality repair rather than facial feature analysis. The application will not record any facial detail changes, facial structure features and facial characteristic information before and after photo restoration, and all facial content is only reserved in the user's local device files. Reaxlns does not collect any facial information.
3.2 Local Animation Generation Usage Rules
After completing photo restoration, users can independently trigger the local motion generation function to convert static restored photos into natural and gentle short motion videos. All dynamic effect rendering and video synthesis processes are completed locally on the user's device without any external intervention.
The local animation generation function of Reaxlns does not involve any facial information collection behavior. The dynamic effect production only adjusts the overall picture subtle movement state, and does not perform targeted identification, tracking and recording of facial areas. No facial related data will be generated or stored during video production, and all facial presentation effects are completely determined by the original user photos.
3.3 Local Work Management Rules
The application's built in local memory gallery will automatically classify and sort all user created works, including restored static images and dynamic motion videos, and support new first sorting, content filtering, before and after effect comparison, local reprocessing and regeneration operations.
In the process of local work browsing, sorting and managing, Reaxlns does not collect any facial information contained in the creative works. The gallery only realizes local file classification and display functions, and does not identify, analyze or extract any facial features in the images and videos. All facial information in the works is always stored locally and will not be obtained by the application.
All creative works, temporary processing files and personalized setting data generated by users using Reaxlns services are stored only in the user's personal local device. The application does not have any remote data storage and transmission function, and no user content will be uploaded to any external space.
Reaxlns strictly implements zero facial data collection in all local data management links. All facial information involved in user local files is only owned and controlled by the user. The application cannot actively read, obtain or store any facial feature data in local files, and will not retain any facial related content after users delete local works or clear cache.
Users have the right to independently delete any single or batch of local creative works, clear application temporary cache files, and adjust local export quality and theme settings. All data deletion and setting changes will only take effect on the user's local device, and no residual data will be retained. Reaxlns does not collect any facial information.
Reaxlns provides users with personalized local setting functions, including light and dark theme switching and high definition export quality selection. All setting parameters are saved locally on the user's device and will not be synchronized or uploaded externally.
When users export restored images and motion videos locally, Reaxlns does not collect any facial information in the exported content. The local export function only outputs complete image and video files according to user settings, and does not record, analyze or store any facial feature data in the files. All exported facial content is fully controlled by the user. Reaxlns does not collect any facial information.
Reaxlns will continuously optimize local processing algorithms and functional experience to improve the effect of photo restoration and motion animation production. All application updates only upgrade local program functions and will not change the local data processing mode.
Any version update and function optimization of Reaxlns will not add any facial information collection function. The core privacy protection rule of not collecting any facial data will always remain unchanged. All updated processing technologies still only optimize overall picture effects and do not involve facial feature acquisition and recording. Reaxlns does not collect any facial information.
